Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the VerityX LLP website (the “Site”), you confirm that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions (the “Terms”) and that you agree to be bound by them, along with our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Site. If you are under 18, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms on your behalf; in no event may you use the Site if you are under 13 years of age.

Limitation of Liability

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless VerityX LLP and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Haryana, India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Haryana, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
Miscellaneous
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and VerityX LLP concerning your use of the Site and supersede any prior or contemporaneous agreements on that subject. If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Section headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
